SEMPREVIVA-COSMETICS.COM is the website of the company Natural Cosmetics Sempreviva Chem, which is active in the field of natural Cosmetics and in particular in specified Training (theory & laboratory practice), Cosmetics Formulas design & development, Cosmetics Consulting and Cosmetics Sales

The company also has an online store (e-Shop), at www.sempreviva-cosmetics.com, for sale online: cosmetics ingredients, branded skincare beauty products, labware, cosmetic packaging, cosmetic formulas / recipes, specialized cosmetics seminars [theory & lab practice]

The company, both from its physical store and through its e-Shop, sells to individual customers (B2C), but also to companies (B2B), in Greece and selected countries abroad

A necessary condition for making any purchase is the acceptance, on the part of the respective buyer, of the conditions mentioned below

For any subsequent question, clarification or additional information regarding shipping, payment and warranty conditions, the Natural Cosmetics Sempreviva Chem company bears no responsibility, as the above is deemed to have been accepted by the buyer in order to activate the purchase process

The price of each product sold on the site is displayed in a prominent place next to it

By confirming the order, the buyer receives the product at the predetermined price, which is indicated at the time of the purchase agreement, regardless of any possible increase in this price in the future

Only adults have the right to order. In the event that the information given for the purchase of a product is incorrect, our company bears no responsibility for any non-delivery, and the transport costs are borne exclusively by the buyer

The order is valid after completing the required fields in the online order form of www.sempreviva-cosmetics.com. In order to complete the process, the consumer must read, understand and fully accept the terms of use

Cancellation / Change of order
Partial and/or total cancellation or change of the order is accepted for an extraordinary reason, only if the company has been informed in time by sending a relevant email to the address infosempreviva@gmail.com, and before the time of the product’s departure from our company’s facilities and receiving it from the courier company. In any other case, the buyer bears the shipping costs to and from the store, according to the price list of the courier company cooperating with it. In case of an incorrect entry, regarding the stock of the product, the company Natural Cosmetics Sempreviva Chem must immediately inform the buyer, so that his order can be canceled or modified

The technical characteristics and specifications of the products are determined by the responsible producing company

The orders are given to the relevant sales department of our company, which is responsible for the availability and shipping of the products. The buyer must be informed about the characteristics of the products that orders

Payment Methods

For your convenience and better service, the following payment methods are provided, which must be communicated during the order process:

• Payment upon receipt from the Sempreviva store, after prior telephone contact.
• Deposit to the company’s Bank Accounts. You can choose the bank that makes it easier for you to deposit the amount of your order. • Cash on delivery (COD) is not accepted

All payments made using a card are processed through Alpha Bank’s “Alpha E-Commerce” electronic payment platform, which uses TLS 1.1 encryption with a 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of encoding information, until it reaches its intended recipient, who will be able to decode it, using the appropriate key

By placing your orders in our online store and completing them, you will be transferred to the bank’s site, where in a secure environment, you can use your credit card. In case the order is made on behalf of a company, the credit card you use must be a company credit card

The net value of each product is charged with value added tax (VAT), as long as it is not a certified company of EU countries, outside of Greece

Shipping & Receipt

The calculation of shipping costs results from the weight or volume of the product/order and from the choice of shipping method

The final shipping cost is indicated when completing your online order

• The shipping costs for Attica, Greece (mainland & island) are 6.50 euros, for a total product weight of 2kg. For every 1kg of extra weight there is a surcharge of 1.00 euros per kilo
• The shipping costs for the rest of Greece (mainland & island / difficult to access areas excluded), are 8.00 euros, for a total product weight of 2kg. For every 1kg of extra weight there is a surcharge of 1.50 euros per kilo
• The shipping costs for the difficult to access areas of Greece, are 12.00 euros, for a total product weight of 2kg. For every 1kg of extra weight there is a surcharge of 2.50 euros per kilo
• The shipment can also be carried out with a Conventional Carrier/Agency under the responsibility of the customer

Fragile glass items require prior consultation, as responsibility for safe transport, as well as transport costs, borne solely by the buyer

The above transport costs include VAT

Courier

Natural Cosmetics Sempreviva Chem cooperates with specific courier companies

Alternatively, if you wish, you could indicate to us your own courier company, which will undertake the transport at your own expense

The courier service will deliver the parcel to the address you have given us. You can also specify the address of the nearest courier store in your area, if it serves you better

Shipping Time & Delivery

Orders can be accepted all days of the week, at any time of the day, and their preparation and packaging, as well as shipments, are done on a daily basis, except on weekends

Cash on delivery is not accepted

Product delivery

The delivery of the products takes place in 1-3 days, from the day they are received by the distribution company. In exceptional cases of reasonably remote areas, there is a relatively small delay. In case of special circumstances (strikes, natural disasters, holidays, etc.) the company Natural Cosmetics Sempreviva Chem is not responsible for the delay in the delivery of the product. The company is released from any responsibility for any theft, or damage to the product, after it has been delivered to the consignee or consignee’s representative

The online store SEMPREVIVA-COSMETICS.COM must have delivered the product, at the latest, within 10 days of its order, unless another, later, date of receipt has been agreed

• We do not undertake the shipment of glass objects, unless this is carried out under the responsibility of the recipient and the transport is handled by a transport company of his own choice, the expense of which he will bear

Refunds

Returns are accepted only if the products to be returned are sealed, unused and in good condition in which they were received. They must be accompanied by the proof of retail sale or invoice, within 14 working days, from the indicated date of purchase of the respective document

Defective is defined:

• • Cosmetic preparation altered
  • Product not meeting technical requirements/specifications
  • Laboratory instrument with malfunction

The inability of the product to function should be due to a manufacturing defect and not damage, caused by misuse of the product, or dropping it or mishandling/maintaining it, or operation outside the manufacturer’s specifications, or tampering with its interior by unauthorized persons technicians

Our company must be notified of this in writing in a timely manner and the reason for requesting a replacement or refund must be documented. A specific procedure will then be followed, in which the details will be laid down in order to settle the matter. Of course, the condition of the above is that the product, as well as the packaging, reach the company in good condition

The glass products and containers leave Natural Cosmetics Sempreviva Chem in excellent packaging, thus ensuring that they arrive safely at their destination, so that any breakage during transport is not the responsibility of the company

If, for an important reason, the purchased product does not meet the customer’s specific requirements, it is possible, exceptionally, to return and purchase another product, to the credit of the exact amount spent on its acquisition. Money is not refunded

In order to proceed with the process of changing a product, which is claimed to be defective, it should be checked by an official agency or an authorized service, in order to certify its inability to function

In the event that there is insufficient stock to replace the product, the company has the right to replace the product with another product of similar technical specifications, or otherwise, to refund the original purchase price to the customer
