Product returns:
Returns are accepted only if the products to be returned are sealed, unused and in good condition in which they were received. They must be accompanied by the proof of retail sale or invoice, within 14 working days, from the indicated date of purchase of the respective document
In case of product received, that is found to be defective, our company is obliged to refund, which refers to the final price of the product and not to the shipping costs, or to replace it.
Defective is defined:

- Cosmetic preparation altered
- Product not meeting technical requirements/specifications
- Laboratory instrument with malfunction
The inability of the product to function should be due to a manufacturing defect and not damage, caused by misuse of the product, or dropping it or mishandling/maintaining it, or operation outside the manufacturer’s specifications, or tampering with its interior by unauthorized persons technicians
Our company must be notified of this in writing in a timely manner and the reason for requesting a replacement or refund must be documented. A specific procedure will then be followed, in which the details will be laid down in order to settle the matter. Of course, the condition of the above is that the product, as well as the packaging, reach the company in good condition
If, for an important reason, the purchased product does not meet the customer’s specific requirements, it is possible, exceptionally, to return and purchase another product, to the credit of the exact amount spent on its acquisition. Money is not refunded
In order to proceed with the process of changing a product, which is claimed to be defective, it should be checked by an official agency or an authorized service, in order to certify its inability to function
In the event that there is insufficient stock to replace the product, the company has the right to replace the product with another product of similar technical specifications, or otherwise, to refund the original purchase price to the customer.
If, in accordance with the above, the product is finally found to be defective, or it is documented that the responsibility for order implementation concerns our company, the transportation costs, from and to the recipient, are borne by Natural Cosmetics Sempreviva Chem. In any other case, the above cost is borne exclusively by the customer.
