Methods of payment
For your convenience and better service, the following payment methods are provided, which must be communicated during the order process:
- Payment upon receipt from the “Sempreviva” store, after prior telephone communication.
- By deposit to our company Bank Account. You can choose the bank that makes it easier for you to deposit the amount of your order. In the bank depository, you must write your full name as a reason. For quicker processing of your order please send the Bank depository to the e-mail adress: email@example.com

- Cash on delivery upon receipt of your order at your location. Cash on delivery cost: € 4.30 (VAT included)
- With credit, debit and prepaid cards. The accepted cards are: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro.
All payments made using a card are processed through the electronic payment platform “Alpha e-Commerce” of Alpha Bank which uses encryption TLS 1.1 with encryption protocol 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is essentially a way to encode the information until it reaches its intended recipient, which will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.
By placing your orders in our online store and completing your order, you will be transferred to the bank site, where you can use your credit card in a secure environment. You must be present when you pick up your order with your credit card and ID. In case the order is made on behalf of a company, then the credit card you use must be a company credit card.
In the event that an amount is transferred from one bank to another, e.g. from Piraeus bank to Alpha bank, the “Supplier” is not charged with any type of commission and the order is not shipped without payment of the entire amount.
The net value of each product is charged with value added tax which is of the order of 24% with the exception of border areas. Shipping costs are subject to VAT of 24% for Greece and the countries of the European Union, unless it is a shipment to a company in the European Union, in which case it will not be charged with VAT, after prior checking of its VAT number
