Payment Methods

For your convenience and better service, the following payment methods are provided, which must be communicated during the order process:

  • Payment upon receipt from the Sempreviva store, after prior telephone contact.
  • Deposit to the company’s Bank Accounts. You can choose the bank that makes it easier for you to deposit the amount of your order. In the bank’s depository, you must write your full name as a reason. For faster processing of your order, please send the Bank deposit via email to infosempreviva@gmail.com.

  • Cash on delivery upon receipt of your order at your location (applies only to customers within Greece).

    The cash on delivery cost is 4.20 euros for a total product weight of 2kg. For every 1kg of extra weight and up to a total weight of 6kg, there is a surcharge of 1.00 euros per kilo.
  • Credit, debit and prepaid cards. The accepted cards are: Visa, Master Card.

All payments made using a card are processed through Alpha Bank’s “Alpha E-Commerce” electronic payment platform, which uses TLS 1.1 encryption with a 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of encoding information, until it reaches its intended recipient, who will be able to decode it, using the appropriate key.

By placing your orders in our online store and completing them, you will be transferred to the bank’s site, where in a secure environment, you can use your credit card. In case the order is made on behalf of a company, the credit card you use must be a company credit card.

The net value of each product is charged with value added tax (VAT), as long as it is not a certified company of EU countries, outside of Greece.
